Complaints & Grievances

Continental Medical is committed to resolving all patient and customer concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or grievance, please contact us using the form above (select Complaint / Grievance) or call our main line at 931-444-3335.

We are committed to acknowledging and resolving all complaints within 5 calendar days of receipt.

Step 1 — Submit Your Complaint

Submit your concern in writing using the contact form (select "Complaint / Grievance"), by email at info@continentalmedical.net, or by calling 931-444-3335.

Step 2 — Acknowledgment

You will receive an acknowledgment within 1 business day confirming we have received your complaint and assigned it for review.

Step 3 — Resolution (5 Calendar Days)

We are committed to resolving complaints within 5 calendar days. You will be notified of the outcome and any corrective action taken.

TCT Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to The Compliance Team (TCT), our accrediting organization, at (215) 654-9110 or via the TCT website.
