Orders placed before 11:30 AM Central Time on business days are eligible for next-day local delivery (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be scheduled for the following business day.

Standard drop-ship via Continental / McKesson. Base rate $7.15 with category surcharges for food, incontinence, DME, and wheelchair items. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days.

For our product categories — ambulatory aids, bath safety, manual wheelchairs, prefabricated orthotics, TENS units, diabetic supplies, and disposable medical supplies — the following 26 states do not require us to hold a separate state DME supplier license. We ship to these states under our Tennessee license and federal DMEPOS accreditation.

Do you deliver to facilities and care agencies?
Yes. We deliver to homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home-care agencies, and clinics within our service area. Contact us to set up a facility account.
Can I pick up my order at your location?
Yes. Store pickup is available at 670 Horace Crow Drive, Suite E, Clarksville, TN 37043, Monday–Friday 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Saturday pickups are available by appointment.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Drop-ship orders start at $7.15 with additional surcharges for specialty categories (food, incontinence, DME, wheelchair). Bulk orders $350 and above ship free; below $350, shipping is calculated as carrier rate plus 20%.
Do you ship outside the local delivery area?
Yes. For customers outside our service counties, we ship nationwide via our distribution partners. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
