Where We Ship — States We Serve

Next-day local delivery in Middle Tennessee & Southern Kentucky. Nationwide shipping to 26 states — no additional state DME license required for our product categories.

Continental Exquisites LLC (d/b/a Continental Medical Cleaning & Supplies) is a Tennessee-based DMEPOS supplier headquartered in Clarksville, TN. We provide next-day local delivery across 10 Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky counties, and ship nationwide to patients, caregivers, clinics, and home-care agencies.

For our specific product categories — ambulatory aids, bath safety products, standard and lightweight manual wheelchairs, prefabricated orthotics, TENS units, diabetic testing supplies, and disposable medical supplies — the 26 states listed below do not require us to hold a separate state DME supplier license. We ship to these states using our existing Tennessee Home Medical Equipment Provider license (in process) and federal DMEPOS accreditation (TCT, in process).

Important: Federal compliance requirements apply in all states regardless of state licensing status. Continental Medical maintains NPI enrollment, CMS DMEPOS supplier standards, HIPAA-compliant operations, and a $50,000 CMS surety bond in all states we serve. “No state license required” does not mean no compliance obligations.
