4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Continental Exquisites LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Many medical supply and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable once opened. Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. A 15% restocking fee may apply to DME equipment returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
